Administration features include:

Single-tenant database
Each client’s data is held in their own Microsoft SQL database.

Nightly backups
Your database and documents are archived nightly and stored for three weeks.

User Administration
Each client designates an administrator who can log in to set up their users and user rights.

Report Writing
FMDepartment.com includes powerful Create Query and Report Writer features. Users can customize the default queries and reports or create their own.

Data Import
Do you have existing information that you want to move into FMDepartment.com? Use our predefined Excel spreadsheets to organize your employee, space, asset and department information, then upload the files into your database.

Document Management
Upload and share photographs and documents by attaching them to rooms, people and assets. Files are uploaded to the server and connected to the selected information, making them easy to retrieve.

Sandbox
The Sandbox features allow you to create and use a copy of your database which is perfect for testing a data import or training staff without affecting your original data.
